My youngest "son"

Cooper, our youngest son, has taken a liking to garden snakes. He's uncovered six over the past few months. I caught his last encounter from our sun room. These aren't the best photos in the world, but Cooper's adorable. (OK, I'm biased, but I love my "kids.") And, just in case you're wondering, the snakes have yet to survive Cooper's play time. Luckily, I'm not a fan of reptiles.

Cooper looks good, is he feeling better?? Although he has always had a lot of energy, he has finally found somethng that's just a wiggly as he is...He is having a blast. Saving the world one reptile at a time. :) Way to go Coop !!

Much better than the frogs our boxers have been trying to catch! Not so pretty when they did get one! Boxers are such wonderful dogs!

Traci, Cooper's definitely feeling better. He's going to deal with his pancreas problem for the rest of his life, but it looks as though we'll be able to handle it with prescription food and antibiotics. There's plenty more snakes in his future, I think. :)

Janna, Cooper has come to the back door with all sorts of things: birds (don't ask me how he catches them!), frogs, mice, and snails. But his favorite is definitely garden snakes. I love boxers, too!

We had one tough old mother cat that would bring in her kills for us, including one garter snake twice her length.
